There are terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use stated herein or provided by Batzone11 for any amusement facility. The Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended by posting a notification on the User's account or sending an email to the User's registered email address. Users must inform them that they do not accept the amended Terms in such an email or Notification.

Batzone11 has the sole and absolute authority to:

• A User's access to the Website or any parts of it may be restricted, cancelled, or suspended. Change, suspend or discontinue the Facilities Services; Remove, reject or move any material submitted by a User; Deactivate or delete the User's account and all its contents; Establish general rules for using the Website.
• Add or update the roster of players available for selection in a Contest in light of revisions to the logs of players involved in the relevant Sports Event.
• It may transfer its rights and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions to any entity (post-notification to all Users by email ids)

Criteria For Eligibility

• Contests are only open to persons over the age of 18.
• It is only open to those living in India. Batzone11 reserves the right, in accordance with the laws prevailing in some Indian states, to bar individuals residing in those states from participating).
• It is not possible to participate in the paid version of the Contest if you live in any of the Indian states of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Karnataka, as these states prohibit participation in skill games requiring entry fees.
• The Contest is only open to participants who registered on the Website prior to each match per the process outlined above.

A Violation

Batzone11 may suspend, cancel or restrict access to any or all of the Website's Facilities/Services, deactivate or delete the User's account, and take any technical steps necessary at its sole and absolute discretion without notifying the User. The Website will repay that fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or the Website and its Facilities due to negligence.

Intellectual Property

Users are not permitted to exploit Intellectual Property Rights owned by Batzone11 and its attributes without an express written license from Batzone11. Batzone11, its partners, licensors and/or associates own intellectual property rights in all software underlying the Website and its services and in all materials published on the Website, including (list is inclusive) games, contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, audio clips, video clips and Flash animation.

• Intellectual Property Rights in User Content must be theirs and must not infringe on the rights of others.
• Further, users agree not to display or use any names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of any third party on the Website.

The Website creates website content. Batzone11 shall not be responsible for the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any third party's content, and such content cannot be relied upon by the User when engaging with the Website's Facilities, including contests.

Behavior

Batzone11 reserves the right, at its own discretion, to take any necessary action, including but not limited to restricting, suspending or terminating any User's access to the entire Website. Users agree not to engage in actions or communications that are obscene, offensive, defamatory, racial, communal or anti-national.

A link to another website is also available on Batzone11. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy policies of the concerned websites. Users may contact the site directly if they are unable to find the site's privacy policies on the home page.

Advertising companies may use information (except for your name, address, email address and telephone number) about your visits to this Website to target advertisements. There might or might not be a number of deceptive emails, websites, blogs, etc., circulated on the Internet that claim to be associated with Batzone11.

The sources, contents and accompanying materials of these sites and blogs are not affiliated with our company. They may contain information that is the subject of an illegal or unauthorized action or deed.

Registrant Information

The following information must be provided accurately by participants to register for the Contests:

• Full Name
• Team Name(s)
• Email address
• Password
• State of Residence
• Country of Residence
• Gender
• Date of birth
• City of Residence
• College Attended
• All participants must confirm they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• If the participant resides in a state that does not allow games of sake. In such cases, the contestant is not eligible to participate.

Figures of Batzone11 Points

Batzone11 can obtain score feeds and other information it needs to compute and tabulate fantasy points from third parties. Batzone11 will attempt to rectify any error in point computation or winner selection caused by inaccurate feeds provided by the third-party service providers as soon as possible, but if any inconvenience is caused even after rectification, Batzone11 will not be responsible. Furthermore, Users agree not to raise any objections or claims regarding the abovementioned matter.

Contacting Winners

Batzone11 or a third party conducting the Contest will contact the winners via the email provided upon registration. The Winners will receive a detailed description of the verification process and the documents required to collect their cash. Winners are generally required to submit the following documents:

• PAN card or voter ID card photocopy;
• A copy of your government-issued ID;
• Proof of the User's bank account.

Winner will not be permitted to withdraw their win/accumulated winnings if documents are not received and verified within the time frame stipulated by Batzone11. The User represents and warrants that the documents provided are copies of the original documents.

The details participants provide during registration must be accurate and complete. The Website Batzone11 is not responsible for communications errors, omissions or commissions, including those of the Participants, because the results may not be communicated to the Winner.

The Winners list will be posted on a separate webpage on the Website. There is a 365-day validity period for all winnings. It will expire if the amount is not withdrawn or used during the validity period. Winnings on Non-KYC accounts have a 180-day validity period.

Miscellaneous

Real cash will not be transported or packaged by Batzone11 or its sponsors. A Participant who is found to be violating the Indian Majority Act or any other law of the land for the time being while playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. All real cash is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Commercialization

These Terms and Conditions govern the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and conditions. It is the law of the Republic of India that governs and construes all such issues and questions. When a dispute (which can be a legal question or issue) arises, the party who raised the dispute must provide the other party with written Notification.

Batzone11 does not waive its right to seek equitable or injunctive relief by seeking monetary damages through this arbitration procedure. If the parties cannot reach an agreement within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Notification, the dispute shall be brought before the Courts of the competent Jurisdiction.

Limitations of Liability

Batzone11 do not provide any express or implied representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the Promotion, and are not responsible for the following:

• The Promotion contained inaccurate or incorrect information, regardless of whether the error was caused by Users, printing errors, or equipment, hardware, software, or programming;
• Defects, delays, or failures related to technical issues, such as malfunction, disruptions, or disconnections related to communications lines, networks, or software and hardware;
• Digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses;
• Unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking;
• Any human or technical error that may occur during the Promotion;
• Participation in the Promotion, accessing, copying or downloading any materials from the Website or any other website, or receiving or using any gift may result in injury or damage to persons or property.
