Any amount once added to a user's Batzone11 account cannot be refunded back to the user in any case and can be used to join the leagues, games, features, and contests organized by Batzone11.

Batzone11 does not permit its customers to cancel any transaction once it has been confirmed. Users can cancel a transaction and get their money back if they send a written request to Batzone11 from their registered email address. This is completely up to Batzone11.

At our sole and absolute discretion, we may refund the transaction amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Also, users should take note of the additional terms and conditions that govern the transaction during the transaction process.

When clauses in additional terms and conditions conflict with the terms and conditions of the website, the other terms and conditions will take precedence.

Batzone11 wallet source will only get a refund for the amount used to join a league; less the amount is taken out.

If the match falls through, the user's joining fees will be returned to their wallet.
